The project area is on the Çat-Karlıova road. The project consists of 33 km of bituminous concrete pavement (BSK) road construction and a twin-tube tunnel with a length of 9,500.00 meters constructed using the NATM method.

The scope of work includes approximately 6,000,000.00 m3 of earthwork, 602,000.00 m3 of rock filling, 505,000.00 m3 of concrete production, a total of 8,500.00 meters of bored piles, 900,000.00 tons of plant-mixed base, and 1,300,000.00 m2 of bituminous concrete pavement construction.
