It is the construction of a 4.5 meter inner diameter transmission tunnel, entrance-exit structures, shaft and water intake structure that will carry water from the Yoncalı Dam reservoir to the project site in order to irrigate the gross 17115 ha agricultural lands of Arguvan district and villages of Malatya province.

In this context, a 8835 meter long tunnel with a tunnel boring machine and a 403 meter long tunnel with a 4.5 meter inner diameter is constructed using the classical method.
