The project area is located on Çat-Karlıova Road. The project consists of 33 km HBM road construction and double tube tunnel with a length of 9.500,00 m. constructed with NATM method.

Within the scope the project there are approximately 6.000.000,00 m3 earthworks, 602.000,00 m3 stone fill, 505.000,00 m3 concrete works, bored pile with a total ength of 8.500,00 m., 900.000,00 ton plentmix base coarse and 1.300.000,00 m2 hbm asphalt construction.
