The Alacabel Tunnel, which is under construction on the Antalya-Konya highway with a length of 7,300 meters, will put an end to the challenging journeys caused by snowstorms and icy conditions in the winter months in the Taurus Mountains. Along the route that bears the traffic load between Ankara and Antalya, in addition to the tunnel construction, a total length of 19.2 kilometers of divided road construction is also underway.

Once the 7,300-meter-long Alacabel Tunnel on the Antalya-Konya highway is completed, the agonizing journeys and long vehicle queues experienced by drivers due to snowstorms and icy conditions during winter will come to an end.
